If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we can cancel the order for you at no additional cost. The cancellation may take up to 5 days. If the package has already been shipped, we will issue a prepaid label and return your payment only after the receipt of the package from you.
If you contact us after 24 hours of purchase you will need to pay the return fee if the package has already been shipped (depends on our internal system, not the order status). The product has to be undamaged, packed in the original packaging, and with the original receipt of the purchase. The payment will be returned only after the receipt of the package from you.
Returning product without quality issues:
If you want to return an item without any quality issue, you will need to pay the return fee and an additional 20% of the original order as a restocking fee.
If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:
- The original receipt of the purchase is needed.
- The packaging of the product had to be as sent by us in the first place.
- The product has to be undamaged (not applicable for defective products), any damages made to the product will void the refund.

- Date of purchase.

Returning defective items:
Once you received a damaged / incorrect item and you want to file a claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order information and the confirmation of the damaged / incorrect product in the form of a photo.
After confirming the defectiveness of the product by our specialist, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
If the product you wish to purchase is not in stock:
There are cases when we are unable to provide you with the product(s) that you choose in-stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement of a product if, for some reason, the initial product does not meet your expectations within 7 days from the date of purchase.
After receiving your request or your packages, it may take up 1-7 business days to refund your money (Unfortunately, due to current situations and the COVID-19, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process).
